Inspired by the maritime infrastructure and industrial ship ports lining Brooklyn’s East River, the Porthole Mirror Collection references the forms, materials, and architectural rhythm of New York’s working waterfront. Drawing from maritime portholes and weathered industrial surfaces, each mirror explores reflection through sculptural ceramic form.
Handcrafted in stoneware, the collection is developed through glazing and firing processes unique to the studio, creating surfaces reminiscent of oxidized metal, aged brick, and the patina of the waterfront itself. Balancing industrial structure with organic variation, the Porthole Mirrors reflect the evolving material language of Bradley Duncan Studios.
Created as a singular work, this finish will not be reproduced.
Custom dimensions and multi-piece installations available. Mirrors may be commissioned in select finishes featured throughout the collection.
